Job Summary
Plans computerized databases, including base definition, structure, documentation, long-range requirements, operational guidelines and protection. Ensures the accuracy and completeness of data in master files and various support tools, such as base dictionaries. Establishes and maintains security and integrity controls. Formulates and monitors policies, procedures and standards relating to database management. Proposes and implements enhancements that will improve the performance and reliability of the system.
  • This position requires a degree in MIS, Computer Science or Data Analytics and a minimum of 7 years of experience.
  • Seeking individual with a passion for data.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve independently and consider the art of the possible.
  • Experience with ETL, Database Design, Advanced SQL, VBA, VB.NET or C#, MS SSIS, MS SQL Server, Oracle, Teradata, Excel, Pivot Tables, Data Tables, SharePoint.
  • Position is based in Overland Park, KS. Remote applicants will not be considered.

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and four years related work experience or eight years related work experience post high school
  • Three years data warehouse experience
  • Three years database structure development experience
  • Three years data mining experience

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Salesforce, Einstein Analytics, SOQL, SAQL, JSON, XML, Power BI a plus.
